1. Do you ship within the United States?

Yes. Hoodvera currently ships within the United States only.

2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Carrier transit time generally takes an additional 4–6 business days.
  • Estimated total delivery time: 5–8 business days total.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A standard shipping fee of $7.00 applies to all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Please note: Delivery times may vary during holidays or periods of high order volume.

3. How can I track my jacket order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may require 24–48 hours to appear on the carrier system.

4. What sizes are available?

Our jackets are available in multiple standard sizes depending on product availability.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before shipment occurs.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Customers must follow our standard return process after delivery.

Yes. We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned jackets must be unworn, unaltered, and remain in original condition with tags and packaging.

8. How long do refunds take?

Once your jacket is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Additional bank processing times may apply.

9. Can I exchange my jacket?

Hoodvera currently does not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size, color, or style, please return your eligible item and place a new order.

10. What if my jacket arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@hoodvera.store within 7 days of delivery and include photo evidence.

Our support team will review your request and assist with a resolution.
