1. Processing Time
Handling Time:
All orders are prepared and processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Daily Order Cut-Off:
Orders submitted before 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Estimates
At this time, Hoodvera only ships within the United States.
We work with reliable shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the shipping destination and package availability.
Flat Rate Shipping Fee: $7.00
Carrier Transit Time: 4–6 business days (Monday through Friday)
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–8 business days total (Processing + Transit)
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by weather disruptions, carrier delays, or seasonal shipping volume.
3. Tracking Information
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipment tracking details.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear once the package has been scanned by the carrier.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently deliver to the following address types within the United States:
- Residential locations
- Commercial/business addresses
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
5. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Orders Lost or Damaged in Transit:
Hoodvera accepts responsibility for packages that are lost or damaged while being delivered to the customer.
Reporting an Issue:
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hoodvera.store. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue for faster assistance.
Resolution Process:
Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement item or a full refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Return Shipping Responsibility:
For standard customer returns (e.g., remorse, wrong size/color selected), customers are responsible for paying the actual cost of return shipping.
